Currently in the Ticket Center it is difficult to track the order and priority in which we should be working on tickets in a large Queue. It would be great to be able to do a multi level sort so I could first sort by the Priority Column, THEN by created date, THEN by maybe another column. Similar to the way Excel Sorting works.
An addition being able to add other columns such as urgency is supremely important. Ideally I need to sort in this manner, Priority->Date Created->Urgency
