  • 1.  Default Worklog Type

    A customer has asked me if it is possible to establish a default value for the Worklog Type, which will help them reduce the time that an analyst takes to create a work log, it is an additional single click and simple, but in the day-to-day operation this is reflected in times.

     




    I do not know if it is possible to add an option at the value list level to mark any of the default values or if it can be done by configuration parameters.

    On another occasion, another customer asked me if it was possible to remove or inactivate values from this list. it would also be a good option.
