Hoy la industria de las herramientas ITSM se han quedado atrás, cada vez tenemos clientes más empoderados y que nos exigen mejores experiencias para sus usuarios finales, primando la accesibilidad, rapidez, claridad y flexibilidad.
Necesitamos un update urgente, quienes no entiendan eso irán perdiendo adeptos, creo que se hace una buena alternativa, incluir template variados tipo Joomla que permitan a los administradores, tener una herramienta más modular para mover otros aspectos de la configuración que no solo son atributos, fotos o adjuntos, que sea agradable a la vista de las "personas", acercar el mundo TI hacia los usuarios comunes y corrientes es necesario hacerlo ahora ya.
