  • 1.  Block Spams and tickets without description

    We currently receive a lot of spam emails in the tool, and we clean these emails through bulk action. However, many of them come without the filled description field, which makes deleting via bulk impossible. The idea is that we can block ticket entry without description (as it is a required field), and to minimize spam entry, we can blacklist emails we know send spam to us (just as we do with subjects ).

    There is a config parameter to help reduce unwanted emails coming into the system. See the following information on the wiki...
