At Service Center, has the option 'Search', it's possible to search anything, in this example, I search by name, after this I click at the name of the user, and system show me 'Contact Profile', in this option have any sheets, when I click in the 'Recent Tickets' I can choose, active and closed, at the screen show me all the tickets, but I can't show the tickets, I need to memorize the Case, close the window, and search case at the other screen. The suggestion, it's can possible to click the case and open the history ticket.
The Way: Service Center -> Search -> Search by name -> Click the name -> Recent Tickets

I have a suggestion to Serviceaide team. When I search for user, I'm the option to view recent tickets by user, in that screen it would be interesting if I could open the ticket, similar to when I click on the ticket.
