To prevent receiving emails that end up accidentally opening new tickets, the parameter "SUBJECT_LINE_TEXTS_TO_DISCARD_INCOMING_EMAIL_PROCESSING" helps, but it is not enough.
It would be very useful if there was any resource where we could inform ISM that incoming emails could create or not new tickets.
