If you create a bulk action under Tools > Workflow Actions it allows you to enter conditions but doesn't seem to check against them (so for example I have an action to mass close tickets that are set to "resolved" but it is still closing tickets that aren't at that status.)
I thought this might be a bug originally, but reading the documentation on confluence it suggests going through Tools > Process Workflows to setup bulk actions and that doesn't allow you to set matching conditions, so I assume this is intended behaviour?
It would be good if we could make sure the actions are applicable to the ticket in question, to avoid accidental updates if someone misclicks.
