    Hello everybody,

    Is there any way to integrate SAP and ServiceAide ISM? I've been looking in Zapier, but found nothing.

    I need to automatically unlock an user or reset his password, every time that the proper ticket is raised.

    I'm taking anything: RFC calls, direct integration, middleware service, anything that can help me.

    @Leonardo Blay We don't have an out of the box integration but you can use Outbound Web Services to call SAP via REST or SOAP API to unlock an account or trigger a password reset.
