    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management Administrator,

    Greetings from Serviceaide.

    This update is to inform you that we will be having an emergency maintenance tomorrow i.e 25th July '19 for the production environments. There is no downtime and the system would be available during this maintenance window. If you observe any issues post maintenance then please promptly report them to our support team.

    CSM2 – 14:00 IST
    CSM3 – 14:30 IST
    CSM5 – 15:00 IST
