    Hello Community,

    Here is an important update. Please note that Microsoft has announced end of support for bots connecting to Skype for Business; because of this, new bots cannot be added to Skype for Business channel after June 30, 2019. Existing bots will continue to work until October 31, 2019.

    To add more background on this. Microsoft is making a push to get customers onto Microsoft Teams, their modern team collaboration solution, and off of Skype for Business. This announcement means that Luma customers can continue using Skype for Business for their Luma bots until October 31 2019. After that Microsoft will no longer allow bots to connect. Microsoft Teams is already supported by Luma and provides a very nice rich text experience with buttons, cards, images and more. Luma also supports other channels such as Slack, Google Hangouts, Whatsapp, WeChat, Facebook Messager and many more. For a full list of supported channels see the compatibility matrix on the wiki.

    Thank you very much for the information.
    Next to Ms Teams, it would be very good to evaluate Microsoft's Kaizala, look for the same as the first one.

    We have looked into Microsoft's Kaizala. It's currently in limited release in only a few countries. It is definitely Microsoft's competitor to WhatsApp so we will keep an eye on it. As always if there are key opportunities for our customers we are always willing to add new chat channels.​
