    Dear CSM2 Serviceaide Users,


    We are currently observing issues in 'Advance ticket Center' and in 'Advanced search' features

    User may see error "Failed to perform the requested operation" while performing above operations,


    We are actively working to stabilize the impacted service as quickly as possible; till these issues are resolved we request you to use 'Ticket Center' and regular 'Search' options

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will keep you informed with regular community updates

    Dear CSM2 Serviceaide Users,

    We would like to inform you that we have temporarily disabled the new features like 'Similar tickets', 'Beta Dashboards' and 'Suggested Solutions' on the ticket details page to resolve the issues we observed related to Advanced Ticket Center and Ticket searches.

    The validations were successful and we have found them stable for sometime. We are monitoring but also request you to contact the Support team immediately if any further issues are encountered.

    We will plan and restore all the disabled services as quickly as possible.
