We are planning emergency maintenance windows for all Intelligent Service Management (ISM) Staging and Production environments. This is to apply an urgent defect fix and add several new high priority features. We had planned not to have any maintenance in September but these items required immediate attention.

- CSMStaging.serviceaide.com: 18 September 11:00pm - 19 September 12:00am PDT 1 hour of downtime
- CSM5Staging.serviceaide.com: 19 September 3:00am - 4:00am EDT 1 hour of downtime
- CSM2.serviceaide.com: 26 September 7:30am - 8:30am BST No downtime
- CSM3.serviceaide.com: 25 September 9:30pm - 10:30pm PDT No downtime
- CSM5.serviceaide.com: 26 September 3:30am - 4:30am EDT No downtime
The three new are features:
- Approval enhancements based on new fields on the contact record - New fields on the contact record support contextual approvals based on the user's cost center
- Ticket Impact update based on the Related CI - When configured by an admin, update the impact value on a ticket based on the highest impacted related CI.
- Manually populate Hierarchical Tree custom attributes - Hierarchical Tree fields can now be populated in the interface as well as through a spreadsheet import by an administrator.
