    Hello Community,

     

    I'm excited to announce that ISM Ruby is now live in Staging and Trial environments and will be pushed to production on August 24th. This release continues to add new features for existing customers and to help increase value propositions for sales and marketing.

     

    Following are the list of features added in Ruby:

    • Dashboard in Reports and Advanced Ticket Center
    • Automation workflow designer
    • Hierarchical tree attributes for CI
    • Support Note on Organizations 
    • Luma Web Widget inside ISM 
    • Conditional Group Attribute Rule Enhancement
    • Advanced Reporting Upgrade
    • Attachment can be a mandatory option in Catalog Item
