    Can you confirm what environment you are accessing? Is it still down?

    I also confirmed by looking at traffic on our app servers that we've seen no abrupt change in the last 30 mins or so when you reported this. 
    All seems good from our end.

    I was having trouble accessing the sites:

    All were in accordance with the first annex.

    Now it's working again.

    But we stayed almost 20 minutes outside.

    I could not get into support service chat.

    I also could not talk on the phone with the support staff in Brazil

    We checked and verified all our infrastructure and monitoring, we confirm that there was no outage/downtime on any of above URLs. 

    It seems to be some network issue at your end as you were unable to access any of the above URLs. In case if you see similar issue again we suggest you to check with your Network Team as well.

    Also, if you are unable to access Support Portal/Chat Portal, you can report an issue by sending email to 'support@serviceaide.com' to open a case with us from your registered email address.
