    Dear Serviceaide User, 

    This is to notify you of the upcoming Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management upgrade. This release known as Unicorn, includes mainly the upgrade of the underlying components like Java, Operating system, and other third-party libraries. The release will be deployed first in Staging and then in Production.

    CSM3 Prod (NA) 3 hrs 26-Jun-2020 10:00 PM PST 27-Jun-2020 01:00 AM PST There will be 1 hr downtime in the middle of the upgrade during the maintenance
    CSM2 Prod (EMEA) 3 hrs 28-Jun-2020 06:00 AM BST 28-Jun-2020 09:00 AM BST There will be 1 hr downtime in the middle of the upgrade during the maintenance
    Support 2 hr 03-Jul-2020 10:00 PM PST 04-Jul-2020 01:00 AM PST There will be 1 hr downtime in the middle of the upgrade during the maintenance

    For more detail on this maintenance release list of bug fixes and known issues, please review the following resources:

    There are no changes to Active Directory (ADSync) or Single Sign-On certificates in this release, but still we recommend you to perform the thorough testing of components like  AD Sync, SSO, and any other third-party integrations in staging before roll out to production. As with all upgrades, data refreshes cannot be done when Staging and Production are on different versions of the application. Please request all data refreshes at least a week in advance of a Staging upgrade. 

    If you have any questions about the contents of the release and the upgrade procedure please contact the Serviceaide Support team. If you have team members that did not receive this notification, please add them to the notification system at our ServiceAide Emergency Maintenance Notification Self Registration Portal  https://serviceaide.sendwordnow.com.

    Dear Serviceaide User,

    As you are aware, our new ISM release 'Unicorn' is available in your Staging environment since early this week; though there are no changes to Active Directory (ADSync) or Single Sign-On certificates in this release, we encourage you to perform the thorough testing of components like AD Sync, SSO, and any other third-party integrations in Staging before roll out to Production scheduled during the last weekend of this month.

    We have specifically planned 2 weeks gap between Staging and Production upgrades to provide you with adequate time for your testing and report back to our Serviceaide Support team.
