Subject: INTELLIGENT SERVICE MANAGEMENT: DEPRECATION OF TLS 1.0 , TLS 1.1
Dear Serviceaide ISM Administrator,
In order to comply with the latest compliance standards, we are moving to deprecate Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.0 in Serviceaide ISM for all environments.
This change was previously announced through community post Deprecation of TLS v1.0 and v1.1 and found some customers are not ready for the change, we have reworked on the new dates and would like to combine the deprecation of TLS v1.0 and v1.1 together.
We understand that the security of your data is important, and we are committed to transparency about changes that could affect your use of the service. We will deprecate TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in all staging environment on 7th May 2020 and plan to roll this in Production on 29th May 2020.
In preparing for this change for TLS 1.0 and 1.1, we recommend that you use TLS version 1.2 instead, for more information see information related to Retiring TLS v1.0 and v1.1.
