    Are you actively using Kaizala or have customers that are? Are they using it for internal IT support or more external consumer support?

    We have looked into integrating with Kaizala, Microsoft doesn't support it for their own bot tools yet and  has only made Kaizala available in a few countries, the US is not one of them. So right now we are in wait and see until Microsoft opens it up a bit more. But if you have customers using it today that want to integrate with Luma we can figure something out.

    Hi Richard,

    It was mentioned as a Differential advantage feature in a Request for Proposal for a big company here in Brazil.

    Is not mandatory, but I think this can be at future :)
