For the Change ticket for which you want to review the Approval workflow, you may need to first find out the name of the Process flow applied to the Change ticket. You can find this under the Ticket Activity History section
Then navigate to MANAGE >> Tools >> Process Workflows, open the Process flow
Review the "On Approval" workflow action. Basically when a user clicks on the Approval button, the system will perform the actions that are configured under the "On Approval" step.
Look under the Define, Permission, Set, Notify tabs on the right-pane.
If you need to make any changes to the Process flow, you will need to checkout the Process flow first.
