Hi community,
When an user create a ticket worklog the information don't replicate to tasks, so analysts need to open the request to verify if user inserted any info before execute the task.
I am trying to find alternatives to alert analysts about users worklog or propagate the information from tickets to tasks.
Anyone tried to do that? I thought too complex alternatives for that.
