    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management Administrator,

    This update is to inform CSM3 production environment ( csm3.serviceaide.com ) users that we are performing Emergency infrastructure maintenance in CSM3 production environment.

    Please find the schedule as below:

    CSM3 Production: 11:00 PM PDT - 11:30 PM PDT on 14th Oct'2019.

    Note: While there would be no downtime during this maintenance window, in-flight transactions might be impacted.
