This update is to inform CSM3 production environment ( csm3.serviceaide.com ) users that we are performing urgent infrastructure maintenance on a few identified customer environments (slices) in csm3 production environment. All the impacted customers will be notified separately by support.
While other customers environments will be available normally, these identified customers may experience 5 to 10 minutes downtime starting in next 20 to 3o minutes.
