    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management Users,
     
    In order to keep your environment healthy, we are performing an urgent proactive maintenance on CSM3 production now.
    During this maintenance we'll be taking a restart of one of the server because of which some of the users may experience a brief interruption for 3 to 5 minutes.
     
    We request you to inform us immediately if any issues are observed after post maintenance . We'll keep you posted further updates.
