We are changing the date for the November 2019 maintenance window. The original date was November 9th and we are moving it to November 23rd. This window will include the November 2019 release known as Sapphire. Staging will be upgraded the week before. Please watch the community for announcements on the release webcast we have some exciting features including a new Dashboard and a beta of a feature that populates ticket values using AI.
