- Notifying Agent when there is a Network Issue - This release includes visual notification to the Agent while chatting with the users when there is a network issue.
- Common Error Message - We have included message place holder in the Bot Configuration page to specify the message to be shown on errors while processing the requests
- Agent Chat Dashboard - We have introduced the ability to disable the Agent Chat Dashboard to the Analyst role
Note: A support ticket should be raised to disable the Agent Chat Dashboard for the Analysts
