Starting this week we will be publishing tips on using the Advanced Ticket Center inside the Intelligent Service Management (ISM) app.
Every week one new tip will show up only when the user hovers over or clicks on the Red Info icon that you will see next to the Ticket Center heading.
The Tip of the week will be published to Analysts and Administrators only. It will be active from Thursday to Sunday and will show only if user clicks/hovers over the icon. A new tip will be published every Thursday.
The User can close the window using the Close button and if they want to view the tip again, they can go back to the Red Info icon.
The goal here is to make Analysts and Administrators aware of how to use the different features available in the Advanced Ticket Center.
