    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management Administrator,


    Greetings from Serviceaide.


    This update is to inform you that we will be having an emergency Infrastructure maintenance this Saturday, 30th March '19 from 4 AM EST to 4:30 AM EST . During this upgrade one of our NA Data Center servers would be uplifted for performance improvements. While the system would be available during this maintenance window; you may have some inflight transactions impacted. If you observe any issues post maintenance then please promptly report them to our support team.

    The emergency infrastructure maintenance is completed successfully on CSM3 environment. We encourage you to validate ISM application and report any issues.
