    Hi guys,

    Our Security Office group are trying to implement an automated bot that adds tags, first thing in the email body, to outgoing emails.

    Such as:
    - Public
    - Confidential \ Internal Use Only
    - Confidential \ Extended
    - Highly Confidential \ Recipients Only
    - Highly Confidential \ Data Privacy

    So, when someone replays the Request for Approval email with "Approved, OK or Rejected" the mail body will come as

    "Confidential \ Internal Use Only OK"

    Will be nice if we could edit the expected answer for Approval by EMail, so we could add this tags too.

    And we think that this kind of bot will be wanted on many companies on the next years.

    @Leandro Frinhani
    So the email comes to ISM as "Confidential \ Internal Use Only OK" followed by Approved or Rejected. Is that correct?

    @Richard Graves The email will come as "Confidential \ Internal Use Only" followed by "ok" or "approved" or "rejected"...
    But it may come as  "Public" followed by "ok" or "approved" or "rejected"... or "Confidential \ Extended" followed by "ok" or "approved" or "rejected"...
