    Dear ISM users from Brazil,

    According to a recent announcement, Brazil will not change its clocks for the upcoming DST period, which was scheduled to begin on November 3, 2019. 

    To be compliant with this change, we are currently working to revert the DST setting on an urgent basis, we will keep you posted with further updates soon.  Need any assistance please contact our support.

    Note that in the Staging environment the problem still persists, even with the updated Chrome browser and testing in the Edge browser the failure still persists.

    Few other customers from Brazil have confirmed that the issue has been resolved in their staging environments.
