  • 1.  Add SLA Columns in the Ticket Center View

    It's permanently requested by customer to have a report that shows on line which are the metrics that were met, breached o are aproaching violation of SLA, To have the single column of the SLA Status is not enough. It is recommended to add at least the columns of metric name and is_violation_threshold in the Ticket Center and the Advanced Ticket Center views.
