Olá Ana Novello tudo bem? Eu sei que é possível herdar os dados dos formulários desde que sejam iguais no ticket pai e filho. Quando você cria um ticket a partir de uma ação de fluxo de trabalho os dados são herdados. Com relação a anexos nunca testei se esses também vão para os tickets relacionados, mas vou fazer um teste e depois publico aqui o resultado.
