I will echo that I personally read every single comment that users add. It is incredibly helpful to get users candid and honest feedback. While there are many ways for administrators to interact with Serviceaide, there are not many opportunities for us to get input from analysts, so this survey is critical for us.

Tomorrow 10th July we will be posting the NPS survey that will show up at the bottom of the screen once you are logged into ISM. This survey will only show up for analyst and admin users. Self-service (end users) will NOT see this survey. You can take the survey or dismiss it and you will never see it again.
