This is probably a simple question (shame on me for not being able to remember or find it in docs), but what should I configure to an e-mail get in as a worklog. I mean, I guess I should have the ticket number in the mail subject, but I'm not sure if this is enough or if the ticket number should have an especif format.
Can anyone point me to where this is listed?
