    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management User,

    This update is to inform you of an emergency infrastructure maintenance on November 28, 2018 November 27, 2018 between 8.30 PM GMT to 09:00 PM GMT for CSM2 Production Environment (https://csm2.serviceaide.com). The maintenance will have a downtime of 10 minutes. During this maintenance, the servers will be rebooted to ensure the optimum performance of the system.
