    Improve the information delivered in the Backup to the customer. Preferably deliver the same views that are delivered with the Jaspersoft Domain, which to have consolidated information, especially for data sets of Tickets, Surveys and SLAs.

    VAPP_ITEM -- > they can find the tickets details under Incidents, Problems, Service_Request table.
    VORG_CONTACT --> Contact details available under the CONTACTS, that includes all the fields of the detail tab of a user.
    VSLA_AGREEMENT_COMPLIANCE -->All information related to SLA, Ticket can have many metrics and each metric a different status and whether it was met or not, in the end what a customer to need to know is which metrics were met on each ticket and which not. 

    In this case 100-8206 the customer needs:
    Contacts table >> fields: location, department, business_segment and all the data that appears in the Detail of the user information

    SLA Compliance table >> fields:  metric_name, is violation_threshold, agreement_type, escalated_contacts

    Many customers prefer to work with Power BI or other reporting tools. They do not like to have to work with Jasper in the cloud because the slowness and limitations that this also has.
