  • 1.  Add VIP flag to filter for Users

    We often have clients who need to extract who was granted the VIP flag in ISM.  Unfortunately, in Tools > Users, there is not filter for this flag.  We can't pull this out in reporting as reporting is associated with tickets and there may be VIPs who have not created a ticket.  

    Currently, we have to submit a ticket to support for an extract to give to our clients.

    Requesting that this flag be added as a filter to Users.

    A bit of a workaround (although would be nice to have it as a filter like you say)

    I've set up an adhoc report (tools > defined searches) to achieve this as I occasionally need a list of VIPs:

    Source: ORG_CONTACT
    Select List: FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, VIP_FLAG, E_MAIL
    Search Condition: VIP_FLAG = '1'
