Recently I've had analysts needing to change tickets that are at closed status, under "configuration parameters (beta)" you have to select at least one status from the list provided.
Under the old 'config parameters' option the box is free-entry so I've just changed to "abc123" in my environment to get around the problem, the simpler solution would be if I could disable the function / leave blank.
