  • 1.  Emergency Maintenance on CSM3 Production Environment

    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management User,

    We are going to perform an emergency maintenance of Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management on CSM3 Production Environment. The emergency maintenance is to apply fix to resolve ongoing SLA issues on the environment. The maintenance will be for few hours starting from 11:30 PM EST, Thursday 30th Jan 2020. No downtime is expected during this maintenance.

    We request you to inform us immediately if any issues are observed.

    The emergency maintenance to fix most of the ongoing SLA issues have been scheduled to be performed from 11:30 PM EST, Friday 31st Jan 2020 and will continue upto few hours.  No downtime is expected during this maintenance.
