    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management User,

     

    We would like to inform you that we are doing an emergency maintenance on ISM application.

     

    This would impact Elastic Search and Advanced Ticket Center modules. There will be a downtime for about 5-10 minutes approximately on this functionality(Elastic Search and Advanced Ticket Center) only.

     

    If you find any issues, please promptly report them to the support team.
