Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management User,
This is to notify you of the upcoming Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management upgrade. This release is the October ISM release that includes some enhancements to existing features and defect fixes. The release will be deployed first in Staging and then in Production. If you find any issues during your testing in Staging please promptly report them to the support team.
The key features in this release are as follows with additional detail available in the Release Notes.
The following new features and updates are included in this release:
- Asset Discovery configuration Removal for Native Discovery
- Attachment preview support in Tickets for all attachments
- Java script support for Assignment rules, entry criteria, and Workflow actions in Process Flow
- Support for Multiple Language BOT support for Web widget embedding in Luma
- Search categories to include Catalog Items search in the Request Catalog workspace
- Enhanced email validation for incoming mails to identify the user based on Username and email address configured for the User
- Audit information for Common Workflow Actions (bulk actions) (Data with modified information)
- Enhanced Mandatory attachments configuration for the workflow action in Process flow workflow action
- Enabling email processing for Approvals only and restricting for all other ticket create/update.
Note: We are planning to deprecate the Asset Native Discovery option by this Year end
