    Dear Serviceaide ISM User,
     
    Continuing on this upkeep activity for your Production environment, we have scheduled our concluding Maintenance Activity on Saturday, 13th April 2024 between 12:30 AM EST and 4:30 AM EST (10:00 AM IST to 02:00 PM IST).
     
     
    Please note that during this maintenance period we will be doing critical SQL server updates, some of your Production environments will experience downtime twice for about 20 mins each during the activity.
     
    This will be the final installment from this series of maintenance activity.
