    Dear Serviceaide ISM User,

    Continuing on this upkeep activity for your Production environment, we have scheduled the next Maintenance Activity on Saturday, 06 April 2024 between 12:30 AM EST and 4:30 AM EST (10:00 AM IST to 02:00 PM IST).

     

    Please note that during this maintenance period we will be doing critical SQL server updates, some of your Production environments will experience approximately 1 hour of downtime.

    We will continue to plan similar activities in the following weekends and will notify you in advance about the schedule and expected downtime.

    Note: This Maintenance Notification is for CSM2 Environment also.
