In the February 2019 release of ISM, named Pearl, we will be replacing the Automation Center module. This new module will provide a modern automation engine for creating multiple step workflows that connect to 3rd party systems and is tightly integrated ticket process flows. Like the existing Automation Center, the new module is an optional add-on and is licensed based on workflow executions.
This change was announced inside ISM in September 2018 and more details will be provided in support notifications and a release webcast later this month
