  • End of support for Skype for Business with Luma

    Microsoft is pushing customers to move to MS Teams and in doing so is shutting down bots from being able to connect through Skype for Business. Existing Luma bots will continue to work with Skype for business until October 31, 2019. However, no new bots can be connected to Skype for business after June 30, 2019.
  • Serviceaide named a leader by Forrester!

  • Replacement of ISM Automation Center

    In the February 2019 release of ISM, named Pearl, we will be replacing the Automation Center module. This new module will provide a modern automation engine for creating multiple step workflows that connect to 3rd party systems and is tightly integrated ticket process flows. Like the existing Automation Center, the new module is an optional add-on and is licensed based on workflow executions.

    This change was announced inside ISM in September 2018 and more details will be provided in support notifications and a release webcast later this month
