Is it possible to add the field Details to the Parent Ticket Info tab of a Task?
I have multiple workflows that automatically create child tasks. These tasks will be resolved by different groups each. Sometimes is necessary to open the parent ticket to see the details.
I would like something like that (it's in Portuguese, but I think it's understandable. This is the task ticket info):
