We are rolling out an emergency patch to some of the issues encountered in Advanced Ticket Center related to views, the patch will resolve the following issues
- Users would be able to select a view after editing a view.
- In Advanced Ticket Center views, only 5 records will be loaded by default. There will be a 'Show more' link available to load more views as required.
We are continuously working on the improvements around the performance and specific scenarios related to handling duplicate view names and the same will be fixed at the earliest. We request you to perform validations and confirm us if still any issues are being observed. Apologies for all the inconvenience that was caused.
