Dear Serviceaide User,
This is to notify you of the upcoming Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management upgrade. This release known as Unicorn, includes mainly the upgrade of the underlying components like Java, Operating system, and other third-party libraries. The release will be deployed first in Staging and then in Production.
There will be 1 hr downtime during the middle of the upgrade during the maintenance

There are no changes to Active Directory (ADSync) or Single Sign-On certificates in this release, but still we recommend you to perform the thorough testing of components like AD Sync, SSO, and any other third-party integrations in staging before roll out to production. As with all upgrades, data refreshes cannot be done when Staging and Production are on different versions of the application. Please request all data refreshes at least a week in advance of a Staging upgrade.
