As you are aware, our new ISM release 'Unicorn' is available in your Staging environment since early this week; though there are no changes to Active Directory (ADSync) or Single Sign-On certificates in this release, we encourage you to perform the thorough testing of components like AD Sync, SSO, and any other third-party integrations in Staging before roll out to Production scheduled during the last weekend of this month.
We have specifically planned 2 weeks gap between Staging and Production upgrades to provide you with adequate time for your testing and report back to our Serviceaide Support team.

There are no changes to Active Directory (ADSync) or Single Sign-On certificates in this release, but still we recommend you to perform the thorough testing of components like AD Sync, SSO, and any other third-party integrations in staging before roll out to production. As with all upgrades, data refreshes cannot be done when Staging and Production are on different versions of the application. Please request all data refreshes at least a week in advance of a Staging upgrade.
