    I would like to suggest that a "trigger" be linked to certain responses provided by requesting users in the satisfaction survey.

    For example, when a customer replies that he is dissatisfied with the service, an email is automatically forwarded to a specific group and / or user, such as the operations manager and / or the ticket solution group.
