Advancted Ticket Center - view by creating user

    Hello, just checking I'm not being really daft before I post this under ideas.

    One of my analysts has said he'd like to setup a view "Tickets I've created / are assigned to me", similar I suppose to the "My Tickets" tab.

    "Assigned to me" is straight forward but I seem to be struggling on using the creating user as a search criteria. Am I missing something, or is the option just not available?

    I just validated that this is not possible currently. I just opened up an item in the backlog for this. We have a ton of small but critical usability improvements coming to Advanced Ticket Center in November and we'll see if we can get this in it. I think you will find the Advanced Ticket Center extremely powerful with these changes.
