Hi,
A client wants to clear the planned_start_date and planned_end_date information when the change request is re-opened.
I tried to update using Process Designer, but the field is not available.
Anyone has an idea about how to achieve that?

PS: I tried to update using REST Ticket call, the API return a 200 OK message, but did not update the change request.
