    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management User,

    This is to notify you of the upcoming Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management maintenance schedule.

    As part of our continuous upkeeping of our infrastructure and optimizing the resources based on usage, we will be redistributing our hardware servers across regions and consolidating them to a single region on 15th October 2022. There will be a downtime of 5 hours during the maintenance window. Any slice specific changes will be communicated to you by Support ticket.

    This is to notify you that if you are using NAT IP anywhere than post maintenance it should be updated to 52.41.30.216.
